Job Overview:

The IT Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within budget and timeline constraints. They coordinate project teams, manage resources, and ensure alignment with organizational goals to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Individual is expected to interact frequently withal stakeholders including engineers, management, vendors and clients to understand project requirements and provide status updates.
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Can write process/ project documents for training/reporting of agents/senior management.
  • Manage Scope, Schedule and Quality of multiple projects a time.
  • Develop processes and flow chart.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
  • Identify and capture projects in our autotask, PSA.

Qualification:

  • Preferably a MCSC, CS, IT graduate from a reputed university with Project Management experience of 3 to 5 years.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate creative solutions.
  • Outstanding grasp of Information Technology concepts and processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, requirement gathering, planning, and communication skills.
  • Must have leadership skills and the ability to drive projects independently without close supervision.
  • Find out what the client wants from their IT system.
  • Monitor progress and make sure timescales and quality standards are met.
  • Adjust plans to cater for unforeseen circumstances.
  • Keep senior managers and clients up to date with progress.
  • Sign off and evaluate completed tasks.
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met.
  • Using CRM to keep track of people and progress.
  • Call Center / BPO experience is preferred.
