Job Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Manager, the primary responsibility is to meticulously plan, execute, and supervise information technology projects throughout their lifecycle within the organization. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of project managers
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with company goals and client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Implement best practices in project management.
- Define the project scope and goals: The Senior Project Manager will work with the customers and other stakeholders to define the project scope and goals, which includes identifying the deliverables, requirements, and constraints.
- Develop a project plan: Once the project scope and goals have been defined, the Senior Project Manager will develop a detailed project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required to complete the project.
- Assemble and manage the project team: The Senior Project Manager will assemble and manages a team of skilled professionals to execute the project plan. This includes delegating tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support to the team.
- Manage the project budget: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project budget and ensuring that the project stays on track financially.
- Manage risks and issues: The Senior Project Manager will identify and manage risks and issues that may impact the project. This includes developing contingency plans and taking corrective action as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders: The Senior Project Manager will communicate with stakeholders throughout the project to keep them informed of progress, identify any potential issues, and manage expectations.
- Close out the project: Once the project is complete, the Senior Project Manager will close out the project by finalizing all deliverables, transitioning the project to the client or end user, and documenting the project lessons learned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Preferably a MCSC / MBA / CS / IT / Business graduate from a reputed university with minimum 04 years of project management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to formulate creative solutions.
- Monitor progress and make sure timescales and quality standards are met.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have leadership skills and the ability to drive projects independently without close supervision.
- Excellent research, analytical, requirement gathering, planning, and communication skills.

- PMP required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
